With all that the residents of the City of Port Arthur has been through, we wanted to make a special effort to bring some holiday cheer to the youngest of the community. As we have witnessed the flooding and destruction, so have they. Their young eyes have seen more worry, fear than we would like for them to. So to take their minds of the rebuilding that their families are going through, we got them some toys to play with so that they can focus on being kids again.
