Home Safety Concern Study
CIDA is conducting a study, focusing on the Montrose, Vista Village & El Vista, West Side, Lakeside, or Palomar neighborhoods of Port Arthur. We want to learn from you what you and your community need for flood safe housing in Port Arthur after disasters. In partnership with community members, we have developed a custom survey. Until March 10, 2023 we are giving away a FREE gift card to one lucky participant.
