CIDA Inc. travels to Puerto Rico to help community impacted by abandoned facilities.

What happens after companies fail and abandon refineries? Sadly in Puerto Rico, there are cases where the abandoned facility has been left to decay and become a polluting nuisance to the neighboring communities. On April 18th CIDA Inc. and Denny Larson of the Community Science Institute (CSI) traveled to Puerto Rico to offer help to the impacted community represented by David Southgate and DISUR. In order to bring awareness to the issue a press conference was held. CIDA Inc. continues to support these communities to better their environmental quality and health.
