People's Climate Music
Mr. Hilton Kelley represented CIDA Inc. and the Port Arthur community during the People's Climate Music event, organized by The Hip Hop Caucus. This event brought together leaders from frontline communities and the climate movement. At this event Mr. Kelley addressed the environmental issues the underserved Port Arthur communities face continuously. He also outlined new and exacerbated issues cause by Hurricane Harvey and the aftermath.
